In May 2020, in the context of increasingly fierce competition in the industrial energy-saving market, Beijing Huahang Shengshi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huahang Shengshi") successfully won the bid for Shanxi Meijin Huasheng Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meijin Huasheng") ethylene glycol co-production LNG with its excellent technical solutions and deep industry accumulationProject condensate power generation complete set of project project.

The ethylene glycol production process is complex, and the energy cascade utilization is difficult, especially the low-temperature condensate generated in the co-production LNG (liquefied natural gas) link, which contains huge cold energy and pressure energy, but traditional technology is difficult to recover efficiently. As a large-scale modern coal chemical demonstration project, the Meijin Huasheng project puts forward extremely high requirements for the stability and efficiency of energy-saving devices.

The China Airlines Shengshi team innovatively applied aviation-grade centripetal turbine organic Rankine cycle (ORC) technology for the unique working conditions of coal chemical industry. This technology is not only resistant to low temperature and corrosion, but also can accurately match the parameter changes during the condensate release process, converting cold and hot energy that was originally emitted or inefficiently utilized into high-value electrical energy. The complete set of devices that won the bid this time will realize the "eating dry and squeezing" of the remaining energy in this link, significantly improving the energy utilization rate of the entire process chain.
