■ Project Overview
The low-pressure flash steam from the black water produced by the Shandong Alliance gasifier was originally discharged directly into the atmosphere, causing environmental pollution and resource waste.
This project retrofitted the original process flow. The black water flash steam enters the ORC waste heat power generation unit directly. The unit utilizes the waste heat of the flash steam, with a designed power generation capacity of 2MW.

■ Project Achievements
It saves 4,800 tons of standard coal annually and reduces CO₂ emissions by 11,800 tons per year. The project investment pays back within two years, demonstrating excellent energy-saving and environmental protection effects, as well as superior economic performance.
It is the largest single-unit flash steam waste heat power generation project for gasifiers in China.
■ Project Overview
The Shandong JinKong RiYue New Material Steam Upgrading Project involves taking steam at 0.6MPaA, 159°C, and 9t/h and increasing its pressure to 1.7MPaA and 210°C (after water spray cooling) using a Huahang Shengshi centrifugal steam compressor unit before it enters downstream processes. The project has an installed power of 900kW, with a self-consumption of 785kW.

In the coal chemical industry, Huahang Shengshi has completed the first application of waste heat power generation from coal chemical gasification furnaces, including black water flash steam, steam condensate, and by-product steam. It has also completed projects such as Anhui Haoyuan, Shandong Alliance, Qilu Petrochemical, Hubei Hongyi, Hubei Yunhua'an, Henan Jinkai, Shandong Riyue, Guizhou Chitianhua, Inner Mongolia Baofeng, Ningxia Baofeng, Zhongyan Hongsifang, Shanxi Meijin, and Sinochem New Materials, providing effective assistance for carbon neutrality in the coal chemical industry.
In the fine chemical industry, China Airlines Shengshi has optimized and improved multiple process packages to form a complete new energy-saving process route. It has completed the validation of the first set of processes in Yizheng Yuandonglian, Hainan Huasheng, Zhuhai Huarun, Chongqing Jianfeng, Qingdao Jinneng, etc. In the future, ORC waste heat recovery process packages can be used to replace the original cooling system in all new projects.
