Shaanxi Xianyang Baoshi Jiayuan ORC Geothermal Power Generation Pilot Project
■ Project Overview
The project adopts the Huahang Shengshi centrifugal ORC low-temperature power generation system with an installed capacity of 300kW. During the heating season, it operates in low-load power generation + synchronous helium extraction mode to provide heating for 170,000 square meters; during the non-heating season, it operates in full-load power generation + helium extraction mode, with all tail water reinjected into the original heat storage layer to achieve "heat extraction without water withdrawal".
■ Project Achievements
The project generates 700,000 kWh of net electricity annually, reduces emissions by 698 tons of CO2, and saves 280 tons of standard coal per year.

Huahang Shengshi has long focused on the research and application of deep geothermal and dry hot rock geothermal power generation systems. It is the drafting unit of the industry standard for "geothermal duplex waste heat power generation", responsible for the research project of MW level geothermal power generation units of PetroChina, providing core equipment, and undertaking the construction of geothermal power generation projects in PetroChina oil fields.
