Autumn Harvest: Huahang Shengshi Secures Multiple Overseas Waste Heat Power Generation Projects
As the saying goes, “One seed sown in spring yields a harvest of ten thousand grains in autumn.” October is a season of harvest, and for Huahang Shengshi, this autumn has been equally rewarding.
Building on its deep expertise and extensive engineering experience in Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) waste heat power generation, Huahang Shengshi has continued to strengthen its international presence. The company has successively secured multiple overseas waste heat power generation projects, delivering green, energy-efficient solutions from a petrochemical base in Russia and an AI computing center in Canada to a cement production line in Pakistan. Through its core Chinese technology, Huahang Shengshi is bringing low-carbon energy solutions to the front line of global industry.
Three Projects Take Root
This autumn, Huahang Shengshi signed three international waste heat power generation cooperation agreements, covering the petrochemical, data center, and building materials sectors—three energy-intensive industries—across Asia, Europe, and North America.
1. Waste Heat Power Generation Project for a Russian Oil Company
As a major global energy producer, Russia has a large petrochemical industry and abundant industrial waste heat resources. Huahang Shengshi has signed a cooperation agreement with a Russian oil company to provide an integrated ORC waste heat power generation system for its oil processing facilities. The system will efficiently recover large amounts of low- and medium-temperature waste heat generated during production and convert it into clean electricity.
The project will help reduce industrial energy consumption and carbon emissions, significantly improve the overall energy efficiency of the petrochemical enterprise, and provide a technical demonstration for the green and low-carbon transformation of traditional energy industries.
2. Waste Heat Power Generation Project for a Canadian AIGC Power Station
With the rapid development of the artificial intelligence industry, AIGC computing centers generate substantial waste heat during operation. Efficient recovery and reuse of this heat has become a common challenge for the global data center industry.
For the Canadian AIGC power station waste heat power generation project, Huahang Shengshi has adopted radial ORC waste heat power generation technology based on aviation turbine technology to convert waste heat from the power station into green electricity. This not only reduces the operating energy costs of the data center, but also provides an innovative energy solution for the high-quality and sustainable development of the AI industry, creating a synergistic loop between computing power and green electricity.
3. High-Temperature Flue Gas Waste Heat Power Generation Project for a Cement Kiln in Pakistan
The Pakistan cement kiln high-temperature flue gas waste heat power generation project is an important part of Huahang Shengshi’s Belt and Road Initiative strategy. The cement industry is highly energy-intensive, and cement kiln exhaust contains significant waste heat resources that are often directly discharged in conventional processes, resulting in substantial energy waste.
Different from domestic steam turbine-based waste heat recovery routes, and addressing challenges such as limited local technical personnel and water scarcity, Huahang Shengshi, together with Sinoma Energy Conservation, has configured a high-temperature ORC waste heat power generation system for the Pakistani cement production line. The system adopts new high-temperature working fluids and a multi-heat-source coordinated optimization design, significantly reducing electricity consumption in cement production, lowering dependence on purchased power, and supporting the green transformation and sustainable development of Pakistan’s building materials industry.
Core ORC Technology Empowering Global Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction
Behind the consecutive signing of these three international projects lies Huahang Shengshi’s years of commitment to Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) waste heat power generation technology.
ORC technology uses organic working fluids instead of water steam to efficiently recover industrial waste heat in the 80°C–300°C range and convert it into electricity. It is currently one of the most competitive technical routes for low- and medium-temperature waste heat power generation. Huahang Shengshi has full industrial chain capabilities, from system design and core equipment manufacturing to EPC project delivery, with technical indicators reaching an advanced international level.
Looking Ahead: Creating Value from Waste Heat
The signing of these three international projects marks a solid step forward in Huahang Shengshi’s internationalization strategy and demonstrates the global competitiveness of “intelligent manufacturing in China” in green energy technology.
Going forward, Huahang Shengshi will continue to uphold its corporate mission of “creating a more energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable world.” With technological innovation as its engine and quality delivery as its foundation, the company will further deepen its international market layout.
From Russia to Canada, from Pakistan to more Belt and Road countries, Huahang Shengshi will continue to expand the application scenarios and geographic reach of ORC waste heat power generation technology, contributing Chinese solutions, wisdom, and strength to global industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction.
