On September 25, 2022, Beijing Huahang Shengshi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Xi'an, focusing on the cooperation, development and promotion of "centripetal turbine ORC low-temperature waste heat utilization technology", unifying resource integration, complementary advantages, and forming a long-term common development alliance, giving full play to the advantages of both parties, relying on Hualu Engineering's comprehensive professional technology and the industry resources and service capabilities involved. The advantages of project experience and other aspects are combined with China Airlines Shengshi's leading waste heat power generation technology in China, combined with the process package to jointly develop the industry's waste heat power generation know-how, industrialize the project, promote the development of comprehensive energy utilization, and support the major strategic goal of national carbon neutrality.

President Liu Yanjun introduced the situation of Sinochem Carbon Neutrality Technology Research Institute, expressed his full recognition of China Airlines Shengshi ORC technology, and also put forward expectations and suggestions for future carbon reduction cooperation between the two sides. At the meeting, Director Zhang Zhen, Director Xiong Chao, and Director Yu Qing respectively expressed their opinions on the application of ORC carbon reduction technology in related fields and processes.
After the signing ceremony, the two sides fully exchanged views on future cooperation models and methods. The two sides expressed their willingness to work together to face the current industrial technology and carbon emission needs of the chemical industry, and jointly carry out scientific and technological research and industrial applications in the directions of carbon neutrality, energy recovery, chemical environmental protection and other directions around the improvement of energy efficiency in industrial processes. The two parties will work together to provide proprietary equipment, process packages, engineering design and engineering services for energy users to implement ORC technology.
