The 2025 Iron and Steel Industry Energy Conservation, Carbon Reduction and Energy Efficiency Improvement Technology Exchange Conference was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province from March 19 to 21, 2025, under the guidance of the Metallurgical Committee of China Energy Conservation Association, and hosted by the Zhejiang Metal Society, the Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Society Consortium, and relevant provincial and municipal societies/associations.
The conference aims to conduct extensive and in-depth exchanges in the form of technical exchanges, focusing on the improvement of energy conservation and carbon reduction levels in the steel industry, new models and technologies of low-carbon smelting, and digital management of key processes in the industry. Beijing Huahang Shengshi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the meeting and made a special report on energy conservation and carbon reduction solutions in the steel industry, providing comprehensive solutions for energy conservation and carbon reduction and ultimate energy efficiency improvement in China's steel industry.
In view of the specific situation of steel, metallurgy and other productions and processes, combined with its own technical advantages and project experience, China Airlines Shengshi shared the application and cases of ORC low-temperature waste heat energy recovery, steam decompression and pressure differential pressure turbine direct expansion power generation, low-grade steam pressurization and quality improvement unit, and high-temperature heat pump coupling utilization in heating furnaces, desulfurization and denitrification, and ring cooling, which received widespread attention.
